FIRST FIVE.

I live in a cluttered mind. You know, the kind where it feels like all the tabs are open on the internet server at once. So, I started using the practice of Brain Dump to help take my thoughts captive before I do something significant in my day.  I like to work clockwise, starting with just my thoughts, then moving that into a to-do list, then picking my top 3 to-dos, then dumping some positivity onto this page by ending with the things I’m grateful for. I set a timer for five minutes and write down as much as I can — dumping out my brain.  It helps clear the clutter for me, and allows me to receive whatever is next in my day with ease! Maybe you’d like to try it, too.
